Our products are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. If your tracking information indicates your order was delivered and you have not received it please contact USPS to submit a claim. Creative Pieces by Eboni is not responsible for packages that tracking shows has been delivered by carrier.
